The ASG Foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on supporting orphans, widows, and children with disabilities in Zimbabwe. Our team is made up of passionate individuals dedicated to creating meaningful impact through compassion, collaboration, and community service.

Rudo Gundu
Founder and C.E.O
Rudo Gundu is the founder of the ASG Foundation, established in loving memory of her late father, Alban Sekeso Gundu. The foundation carries his name and reflects his unwavering compassion for supporting those in need.
Driven by a desire to continue the work he cared deeply about, Rudo launched the ASG Foundation to help vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe. She has also contributed to the mission of Kurera Children’s Trust, a Zimbabwe-based nonprofit focused on improving the lives of at risk children.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Rudo brings a global perspective and strong sense of purpose to her work. She work for a software company that empowers nonprofits and mission driven organizations to expand their impact through innovative technology an alignment that echoes her own commitment to service and social good.
Beyond her professional and nonprofit work, Rudo is actively involved in church service and volunteering, giving back through workplace initiatives and community outreach. Her work is rooted in compassion, and she remains committed to uplifting lives through meaningful, hands on engagement.

Jordash Manyangadze
Administrative Manager
Jordash Manyangadze is a 20-year-old Finance and Accounting student currently studying in South Africa. Originally from Zimbabwe, he is passionate about creating opportunities for the less privileged and using his skills to uplift communities in need.
At our organization, he leads awareness and outreach campaigns, ensuring that our message reaches those who need it most. He also plays a key role in handling administrative tasks and supporting marketing efforts, bringing structure and visibility to our work. With a strong interest in financial literacy and community development, Jordash Manyangadze is dedicated to making a meaningful difference—both behind the scenes and on the ground.

Tsitsi Chingoka
Director of Finance and Marketing
Tsitsi Chingoka is a purpose-driven marketing and business development professional with over 10 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and NGO sectors. She holds a BSc Honours Degree in Marketing, an MBA, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Her career has been marked by impactful work in brand strategy, retail visibility, stakeholder engagement, and social marketing. During her time at Population Services Zimbabwe (MSI Reproductive Choices), Tsitsi played a key role in nationwide health initiatives and community based programs, earning recognition for her values based leadership.
A committed Catholic and proud mother of three boys, Tsitsi brings not only her professional expertise but also a deep sense of compassion, integrity, and social responsibility to everything she does. She believes in the power of faith, family, and community to transform lives and is honoured to serve on the board to help advance the foundation’s mission.
